1. What Kibo CFO is

A personal finance tool. We help you record transactions, organise budgets, and reflect on your spending. We are not a bank, broker, or regulated financial advisor. Nothing in the app should be read as personalised financial advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Kibo CFO to commit fraud, reverse-engineer our services, attempt to access other users' accounts, or abuse the AI features to extract other people's data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment and trial

Free and paid tiers are described in-app and on the pricing page. Trials end automatically and require no cancellation. Paid subscriptions renew until you cancel in Settings.

5. AI features

AI outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and correcting them before relying on them. We do not guarantee accuracy of categorisation, OCR, or parsing.

6. Your data

The Privacy Policy covers how we handle your data, including your rights to access, correct, export, and delete it.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, the mandatory protections of your local law still apply.
